Thank you for shopping with Rova. We aim to make every delivery experience simple, transparent, and reliable.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 5-6 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 6pm, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during sales, festive periods, high-volume periods, stock verification, address verification, or unexpected operational delays. We will try to notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Methods

We use third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders.

Available options may include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping, where available
  • Cash on delivery, where available
  • Other delivery options displayed at checkout

Available shipping methods may depend on your PIN code, delivery location, product type, order value, and courier availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3-4 Business days
  • Other serviceable locations: 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS
  • Remote or non-metro locations: 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS
  • Express shipping, where available: 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the courier partner.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Standard shipping: 70/-
  • Express shipping: 150/-
  • Free shipping threshold, if applicable: Free shipping on orders above 999/-
  • Cash-on-delivery fee, if applicable: 100/-

We may revise shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, or delivery offers from time to time. The final charges shown at checkout will apply to your order.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking details to the email address or mobile number provided during checkout, where available.

Tracking information may take up to 24hrs after dispatch to become active.

You may track your order through:

  • The tracking link sent by email or SMS
  • Your account order page, where account access is available
  • The courier partner’s tracking page

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, contact number, landmark, and other information are complete and accurate.

Rova is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or added costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

For an address change, contact rovashop26@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders

Courier partners may make delivery attempts according to their own procedures.

An order may be returned to us if:

  • The recipient is unavailable after the courier’s delivery attempts
  • The address or contact number is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason
  • The delivery location is not serviceable
  • The courier cannot access the delivery location
  • The order is not collected from a pickup location within the allowed time

If an order is returned because of customer-provided address errors, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or non-collection, any applicable refund may be subject to reasonable deductions for shipping, return-to-origin, packaging, or handling costs, where permitted by law.

8. Delivery Delays and Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, courier disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, transport delays, security checks, or remote-area service limitations.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist and provide updates where possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by such events.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photographs or videos of the package, shipping label, and product.
  2. Contact us at rovashop26@gmail.com within 24hrs of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We may request additional information to investigate the matter with the courier or fulfilment partner. Please retain the product and original packaging until the issue is resolved.

10. International Shipping

Option A — India only:
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
